CUSTOMER SERVICE

Key Accountabilities:

• To provide excellent sales support and customer service follow-up on existing and new business to meet customer's satisfaction

Requirements:

• University Graduate; shipping experience an advantage but not a must
• Computer literate (MS Office proficiency is a MUST); excellent interpersonal/communication skills
• Self-motivation, discipline, hard-working and demonstrate teamwork
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English is a MUST; additional foreign language ability an advantage.

PROJECT ENGINEER (Polyurethane division)

Purpose of Position
To manage projects to ensure that company business objectives are achieved. The end results expected are :

• Complete projects within targeted cost, quality and timing requirements.
• Ensure excellence in project execution and results by providing leadership and ensuring good communications between all participants.

Principal Accountabilities

• Develop and support execution strategy for major projects
• Critical project success factors are identified and progressively and proactively managed
• Provide strong project leadership to ensure that the project team remains tightly focused on the project cost and quality objectives and timing.
• HS&E is managed in all aspects of the project.
• Ensure that appropriate resources are provided to deliver project outcomes.
• Adapt or Develop Policies, Standards, Procedures and Work Instructions as required for major projects
• Develop project Quality plan structure, accountabilities etc. Demonstrate that Policies, Standards, Procedures and Work Instructions as required by the Safety Management System (SMS) are effectively implemented.
• Fulfill the role and responsibilities for defined positions (or their back up) as described in the Emergency Response Plan, which is part of the Safety Management System (SMS) deliver project objectives.

Key Competencies required for Position
Training and Education

• Internationally recognized Degree in Engineering.

Skills and Knowledge

• Project management knowledge including:
• Good understanding of Design and Construction contracts and contract law in different countries.
• Ability to understand, interpret, communicate and implement design and construction standards in different countries (particularly in English and Bahasa).
• Huntsman Engineering documents handling procedures and EHS standards.
• Project cost control.
• Procurement procedures.
• Tender evaluation.
• Project accounting.
• Planning/scheduling.
• Negotiating methods.
• Commissioning procedures.
• Knowledge of Electrical systems.
• Knowledge of Process Control systems.
• Knowledge of Piping & Vessel systems.
• Knowledge of Civil engineering.

Experience

• Ten years minimum experience in the Chemical or Petrochemical industry, possibly including:
• Production supervision
• Risk and asset management
• Project Management

SALES ENGINEER

Responsibilities :

• Your prime role is to maximize the market potential to develop business opportunities and generate sales to meet sales objectives, interface with existing and new customer to understand and meet customers need, maintaining market as well as producing market/sales report and work with internal departments to ensure customers need are met with excellent satisfaction, You will be reporting to Sales & Marketing Manager

Requirements:

• University degree in economy ( business,marketing management), Industrial technology or chemical engineering (S1) from reputable university will be preferred.
• At least 3 years experience in similar position, work experiences in multinational companies in FMCG ( Fast moving consumer goods) or consumer packaging industry is an advantage.
• Age below 30 years.
• Mature & independent
• Computer literate (MS Words, Excel, Power point).
• Have strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal skills, highly motivated to achieve the result, good adaptability and flexibility with high degree of integrity.

Linux system engineer (ref. 09011)

ASYX requires that:

• You have at least 3 years experience with Linux system management in an enterprise environment.
• You have experience with Redhat Enterprise Linux or comparable Linux distribution
• You have experience with Apache web-server setup, configuration and maintenance
• You have experience with JBoss AS setup, configuration and maintenance
• You have experience with MySQL setup, configuration and maintenance
• Experience with Xen virtualization is an advantage
• Experience with Bacula backup is an advantage
• You possess good English speaking and - writing skills
• You are a no-nonsense, hard-working, “get-on-with-the-job” type of person

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain ASYX systems and report deviations from normal operation
• Implement changes to ASYX systems
• Take corrective action to restore normal operation
• Analyze root cause of incidents and propose changes to prevent

• Having ISO 9001 : 2000 knowledge for mold maintenance :
• History mold
• Schedule maintenance
• Overhaul data check point
• Assembling and spotting mold
• Able to read technical drawing , 2D / 3D, Auto CAD preferably
• Have experience for EDM, Miling, Bubut, Surface grunding, Welding
• Active communicate in English
• Positive attitude, analytical thinking, and fast learner
• Willing to be located in Bekasi / Cibitung Area
