Main qualification :
As Packaging Development Manager you are responsible to management for providing engineering and packaging development direction and recommendations, financial risk impact and analysis and cost savings opportunities. Serve as packaging engineering representative to contract packagers, commodity suppliers, equipment manufacturers and distributors. Provide timely, efficient, and creative packaging engineering solutions and manage multiple packaging projects.


If you think that you meet the following requirements:

• University degree in engineering (preferably in packaging engineering) with excellent results.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in managerial level handling packaging development in FMCG/Packaging companies. 
• Good understanding in packaging material process such as blow molding, injection, corrugated, folding box, film & tin plate as well as packaging equipments and technologies. 
• Excellent business English. 
• Understanding of GMP regulations and regulatory agencies packaging requirements 
• Energetic person with a strong drive for results. 
• Highly developed communication and presentation skills, the ability to be pragmatic and pro-active in asking the right questions and making the right decisions, good analytical skills, flexible and open mindset.
