SALES ENGINEER

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Marketing & Sales Director
• Developing new business opportunities and identifying customers in Indonesia.
• Conduct market surveys and market analysis
• Sales/project follow-ups and after sales service
• Sales promotion activities and ensuring successful product launches

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Welding Technology
• Exposure in welding industries and familiar with all major welding processes
• 3-5 years of Industrial sales experience is required, preferably in welding industry
• Proven sales track record
• Customer-driven and result oriented
• Bilingual in English and Bahasa
• Able to work with initiative and under pressure
• Positive attitudes and ability to accept challenges
• Preferably possess own vehicle

PURCHASING ASSISTANCE MANAGER

Duties

• Purchase materials at the best price, requested quality, and on time.
• Execute the purchasing activity in accordance with the BWG - SEA business plan and available cash flow, in order to achieve a sustainable profitability.
• Search and select reliable, long term suppliers

Responsibilities

• Purchase of semi-finished, finished goods, raw materials (wire, minerals, chemicals, packaging), maintenance spare parts, production equipment, tools, office supplies etc.
• Conduct independent negotiations with new and existing suppliers. Deliver decision making information to the Purchasing Manager for the final decision.
• Ensure that the ordered goods are delivered in accordance with the PO (contract specification and amount) and monitor delivery times.
• Provide regular reports on purchasing activities, like monthly saving report, forecast for purchases, spending report, value analysis.
• Visit suppliers to monitor their working environment and quality standards.
• Handling and maintaining purchasing documentation files.
• Development and implementation of purchasing procedures.
• Maintain and update vendor & material database.
• Coordination with PPIC for purchasing planning & material forecast.
• Prepare the raw material budget & purchase plan monthly & yearly.

Requirement:

• University graduate
• Management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Minimum 5 years working experience in the Purchasing department
• Fluent oral and written English
• Computer literate
