Bachelor degree in Psychology from a reputable university
Min. 2- 3 years experience in recruitment, selection & training process
Excellent to operate MS. Office application ( Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, etc.)
Fluency in spoken and written English
Good leadership & interpersonal relationship.
Willing to be placed in Cikampek / Purwakarta , West Java

Min. 4 years experience in polyester manufacturing industries
Min. 3 years in level management
