Responsibilities :

• Perform payment process and ensure the accuracy of bank detail
• Ensure reconciliation of balance sheet and PNL for Treasury function 
• Preparing Payment Vouchers 
• Assist Senior Accountant in preparing Balance Sheet reconciliation

Requirements :

• University Degree in Accounting / Finance
• Minimum of 1-2 years of accounting experience
• Working experience in public accounting firm is an advantage
• English Language Proficiency (written and verbal)
• Computer literate (especially Ms. Excel skill) 
• Familiar with JDE System
• Familiar with Finance / Banking transaction 
• Understanding of tax regulation & reporting for VAT and PPh 23/26, PPh 4(2).
• Proactive, independent, and possess sense of urgency
• Willing to work for temporary period

• Supervision of goods coming in and going out
• Conduct quality control process
• To ensure that environmental safety and health process is well applied
• To ensure food safety
• To supervise contractors and labors in compliance with company’s SOPs

Requirements :

• Fresh graduates from reputable universities, hold Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree from any disciplines with min. GPA 2,75
• Willing to be based in Surabaya
• Good learning agility
• Good collaboration behaviour
• Fluent in English
• Computer literate especially MS Office
• Good communication skills
• Clean records free from crimes and previous company business principle matters
• Be able to work at ports 
• Must be willing to work in shifts schedule

Main Responsibilities :

• Coordinate the procurement cycle of all products or services
• Work with users and suppliers to ensure that competitive quotations are obtained accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide assistance to the various departments in identifying procurement cost savings opportunities
• Develop alternative suppliers for critical services/products so that we are not dependent on a single supply source
• Timely PR to PO conversion and ensure goods are delivered to us on time
• Implement procurement best practices
• In addition, to oversee the customs and freight function for site operations

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree from reputable university, majoring in Industrial Engineering would be preferable (not a must)
• Having minimum 5 years experience in electrical and mechanical sourcing/procurement area
• Good analytical, management, and communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Computer literate
• Highly ethical, honest, and discipline
• Strong interpersonal skill
• Be able to work under pressure and in tight deadline
• Proactive, independent, and possess sense of urgency
