• Min. 2- 3 years experience in recruitment, selection & training process
• Excellent to operate MS. Office application ( Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, etc.)
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Good leadership & interpersonal relationship.
• Willing to be placed in Cikampek / Purwakarta , West Java

• Min. S1 in Industrial Engineering from a reputable university
• Min. 4 years experience in polyester manufacturing industries
• Min. 3 years in level management
• Excellent to operate MS. Office application ( Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, etc.)
• English proficiency both oral & written is a must
