PT KIA Mobil Indonesia was built in 16 December 1999, as distributor CBU & CKD with KIA brands, and announced as distributor by and Kia Motors Corp. Korea (principal of KIA) on 17 April 2000. At beginning of the PT KIA Mobil Indonesia' s operation, we produce Carnival, Sportage, Shuma, Carens, Visto, Sedona, Pregio, Picanto and Travello.

Import Staff

Requirements:

• Female, age max. 35 years
• Education min. S1
• Having experience min. 1 year in similar position

Our Company is a subsidiary of Indomobil Group dealing with reputable heavy duty trucks & heavy equipments. In order to strengthen our organization and broaden our market coverage, we are looking for suitable, energetic & highly motivated candidates to fill the following available position.



Responsibility:

• To handle import document for Custom Clearance Process
• To make Custom Clearance Process report 
• To handle invoice from PPJK 
• To prevent import process lateness 
• To make import activity documentation

Qualifications :

• Male or Female, Maximum 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree from faculty off Finance, Management, Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering. 
• Minimum 3 (three) years experience in thee same position. 
• Have knowledge about Import is a must. 
• Well understanding about purchasing matters such as: purchase order, price comparison and make a link/connection to supplier. 
• Fluent in English both oral & written. 
• Computer Literate inn using MS office & Internet. 
• Good skill in negotiating, persuading and maintaining harmonious relationship. 
• Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities. 
• Hardworking, able t o work under pressure,, self motivated and honest. 
• Job location: head office (Jakarta).
