Nutritional Representative

in the following areas :
1. Banjarmasin (NR-BM)
2. Jabodetabek ( NR-JBK)
3. Palangkaraya (NR-PL)

General Requirements

• Minimum 1 year related experience .
• Preferably Bachelors Degree (S1) in Nutritional science, Biology or similar.
• Willingness to work in flexible hours and undergo an intensive field traveling.
• Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal communications and interpersonal skills .
• Ability to work in multi-task and handle pressures and deadlines.

General Responsibilities

• Utilize promotional materials and nutritional studies to effectively communicate the nutritional and scientific benefits of company’s products to targeted health care professionals.
• Effectively utilize and manage all available resources, including company’s support and program.
• Complete and submit all reports and administrative assignments in a timely manner.
• Maintain current, detailed customer records including account information and sales call results.

We're currently seeking professional to fill the following position:



General Responsibilities:

• Responsible in all area of tax accounting
• To assure completeness and accuracy statements and accounts reconciliation related to tax accounts 
• To assure tax reporting number and general ledger accounts tie up, 
• Analyze tax accounts and clear up the variance through the system.
• Analyze accounts receivable monthly, prepare related reports and communicate results to other department heads. 
• Participate in monthly accounting cycle, accounting closes.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in accounting or tax (related to tax reconciliation).
• Experience working with Income Statements and Balance Sheets
• Computer literacy in applicable accounting programs including excel
• Certified with Bravet A and B
• Familiar with Monthly and Annual Tax Payment and Report (e-SPT)
• Having good understanding on the update Tax Regulation

We're currently seeking professional to fill the following position:



RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish and communicate a vision for the logistics and distributions that is linked to the overall business strategy. Convey need for integration of the chain of supplies as a process and for integration with other strategies, including demand creation.
• Creates a high performance culture through effective leadership and communication with different functional groups within the organization (Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance)
• Establish strong working relationship with key customers (internal and external), key business partners, and demonstrate accountability with a focus on customer needs and MJN business objectives.
• Exercise a high degree of adaptability to deal with an ambiguous and complex work environment.
• Develops and implements Logistic and Distribution processes, infrastructures and new technologies that foster integration, high quality, cost effective, customer service and regulatory compliance. 
• Creates and implement innovative materials policies and visibility along the whole chain of supply that lead to the most effective inventory levels while maintaining customer services. 
• Continuously reviews performance of third party logistic providers, distributors and other key business partners, develops and implements continual improvement programs and monitor the effectiveness. 
• Investigate best-in-class logistic & distribution practices that will lead to competitive superiority.
• Develops productivity and process improvements programs to assure reduce cost while enhancing productivity and growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in material management functions, in particular logistic, material traffic and distribution systems.
• Experience in dealing, negotiating and managing third party logistic and distribution providers.
• Experience with applicable information systems that apply to materials supply chain management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish a good rapport with suppliers and internal customers.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex problems/data gathered from a variety of sources and, through effective decision-making and planning, deliver superior business solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work well under extreme pressures.
• Maximum 5 years Logistics & Distribution experience preferably in consumer goods company, with minimum 2 years experience in managerial position.
• Additional background in sales/key account management will definitely be an advantage.
