Responsibilities:
The incumbent is responsible to handle all the manpower related activities in all stores at Sumatera area.


Requirements:

• Female
• Preferably Post Graduate / S2 degree in Psychology 
• Experience as HR Generalist min 4 years 
• Familiar w/ Recruitment, Training, Personnel Administration and Industrial Relation

Responsibilities:

• The incumbent would be responsible for managing commercial and operational aspects in store/ assigned floor in order to achieve sales target.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Age between 23 - 28 years old
• Min. 1 year experience in managing stores/ outlets
• Possess good customer service and driven in achieving sales target
