Head of Quality Management Assurance (HQMA-SSE)

Main Responsibilities :

• Manage activities related to quality control, quality development, and quality assurance in academic as well as administrative operation of SSE.
• Devise strategies and manage the preparation and the attainment for license renewal, accreditation process, and certification process of SSE.
• Manage the SSE Internal Quality Assurance process and standards consistent and incompliance with accreditation requirements to sustain & improve the accreditation result.
• Manage internal audit activities including financial & operational audit to ensure good corporate/institution governance as well as business & financial integrity.
• Ensure good corporate / institution governance and internal control of SSE.

Job Requirements :

• At least Master Degree Certification in Audit or Quality Assessment will be an advantage
• Preferably have minimum 3 -years experience in quality management, evaluation research and or Audit functions, where 2-years in managerial position.
• Preferably has experience in HE accreditation process
• Preferably has experience in participating in HE Quality Assurance Workshop
• Good understanding of HE Quality Assurance System
• Excellent understanding of National Education Standard (SNP)
• Familiar with HE accreditation process both nationally and internationally
• Solid computer literacy skill in MS Office.

Project Operations Officer (POO-SSE)

Main Responsibilities :

• Coordinating project preparation (project budget planning, schedule, port-folio [content curriculum program, model, etc], resource planning, project productivity, and project logistics).
• Coordinating project execution.
• Coordinating the monitoring and evaluation of project performance/productivity.
• Consolidating customer feedbacks.
• Consolidating the reports of project productivity.

Job Requirements :

• At least Bachelor Degree, preferably Master Degree in area of Management/Business/Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in coordinating and managing some projects as Project Officer/Coordinator
• Excellent Proficiency in English, both writing and spoken.
• Strong communication and presentation skill, previous experience in working with expatriate will be advantageous.

Job Requirements :

• Holds min D3 holder from any discipline, preferably Secretary or Administration
• Possesses min 2 year work experience as a Secretary or Administration staff.
• Possesses reasonable knowledge in using relevant office applications such as Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point , etc.
• Has good English skills, both spoken and written 
• Team player & able to work under pressure.

Position Purpose :

• To ensure implementation of International Baccalaureate (IB) programs, including curriculum and teacher professional development, for the SA schools can achieve the vision and mission of SA.

The Requirements are :

• Holds min S1 from Education or any relevant disciplines.
• Competent in national and international school curriculum, preferable to have IB knowledge and Teacher professional development program
• Possesses min 3 years work experience in the same position
• Possesses reasonable knowledge in using relevant office applications such as Microsoft words, excel, power point, etc.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).

To develop and manage attractive and informative School Communication content & tool through several medias (Website, News Paper, Official Report, Profile, Banner, etc) as well as in colaboration with IT and Academic Departments to ensure the availability and sustainability of e-learning process in School.


Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in area of Communication, Public Relations or Marketing Management
• Minimum 2 years experience in Communication area especially in developing and managing Communication content & tolls (including Official Report, Web Site Content, Press Release, Banner, Profiles, etc ).
• Has strong administration skills. 
• Solid computer literacy skill including in Graphic Design software (Photo Shop, Video Editor Software, etc).
• Has strong Website Content Management System skills is a significant advantage.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Good command in English, both spoken and written
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
