CUSTOMER SERVICE

Key Accountabilities:

• To provide excellent sales support and customer service follow-up on existing and new business to meet customer's satisfaction

Requirements:

• University Graduate; shipping experience an advantage but not a must
• Computer literate (MS Office proficiency is a MUST); excellent interpersonal/communication skills
• Self-motivation, discipline, hard-working and demonstrate teamwork
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English is a MUST; additional foreign language ability an advantage.

The Company is operating 93 tankers with total tonnage of more than 2.23 million DWT and is the largest provider of seaborne transportation of liquid cargoes in Indonesia, one of the largest in the intra-Asian chemical tanker segment, both by tonnage and by number of vessels, and has the third largest sub-20,000 DWT chemical tanker fleet globally.

Key Requirements :

• Min. Diploma degree from Secretary or Bachelor degree from Chinese Literature
• Min. 2 year experiences in similar position 
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin both verbal and written 
• Proactive 
• Detail oriented & well organized 
• Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills 
• Computer literate with mandarin language

• Traveling arrangement

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university
• Familiar with accounting system
• Fluent in Mandarin and English both spoken and written is a must
• Willing to be placed in Xin Rong, Jiang Su Provence - China
• 3 - 5 years experience in related field
• Able to work under tight deadline
• Good in accuracy & accountable
• Proactive & self motivated
• Good interpersonal relationship

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute journal entry AP / AR
• Preparing billing statement
• Preparing PL & BS

Qualification:

• D3/S1 with minimum GPA 2.75 majoring Accounting or Management
• Reasonably good in English (written)
• Have good computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word)
• Age below 30 years, fresh graduate also welcome 
• Experience as similar position or a teller will be an advantage
