Operations Admin Assistant
Pre-requisites:

• Diploma or Degree holder
• Must be able to speak and write ENGLISH 
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word) 
• Fresh graduates are welcomed 
• Proactive, meticulous, team player and independent

Job Description:

• Handle import & export documentation
• Issue documentation such as PO, Invoice & Faktur Pajak 
• Correspond with local and overseas suppliers for orders & shipping schedule 
• Liaising with forwarders on incoming / outgoing shipments 
• Liaising with customer for orders and billing 
• Scheduling of local deliveries 
• Inventory control 
• Document filing

Service Engineering Admin Assistant
Pre-requisites:

• Diploma or Degree holder
• Must be able to speak and write ENGLISH
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word)
• Engineering background are more preferred
• Proactive, meticulous, team player and independent

Job Description:

• Assist Service Manager in handling service engineering follow up
• Scheduling of spare part deliveries, engineers daily routines
• Spare part inventory control
• Handles import & export documentation
• Issues documentation such as PO, Invoice & Faktur Pajak
• Correspond with local and overseas suppliers for orders & shipping schedule
• Document filing and Engineering service data analysis
