The leading and largest rigid plastic packaging company in Indonesia and publicly listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange is looking for highly qualified professionals. We need people who are self-motivated and team players, good in following skills of which are English both oral and written, communication and interpersonal, and computer skills, to join us in a competitive environment for the following position:

HR Coordinator (Code: Pers1)


Requirements:
  • Maximum age 35 years old.
  • Hold a Bachelor Degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 2.75. 
  • At least 5 years experience in related field, preferable in manufacturing company.
  • Possesses sufficient knowledge in HR area, especially in labor regulation, industrial relation and HR administration.
  • Has successful experience in dealing with all level of staffs, including subordinates and senior managers.
  • Good in leadership, communication, innovation and team work.
  • Willing to be posted in Cibitung area.
