TECHNICAL / OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
Location : West Java

Scope of works:
  • To plan, direct, organise, and oversee all production operation activity of the concrete batch plan in franchise operations to achieve budgeted profitability in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensure quality meets mix design specifications. 
  • Coordinate and oversee all expense related with an operational activity

Requirements:
  • Education : Min graduate with Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering
  • Experience :
  • Min. 3 years in technical and production experience in concrete industry
  • Good knowledge and experience in Batching Plant (ready mix process )
  • Understanding of Batch Plant design
  • Understand with concrete product and development
  • Understand the business process
  • Able to read and interpret technical procedure and specification
  • Computer literacy : Computer utilization for Windows system, software application such as Command Data, Eagle, SAP
  • Language : Good in English both oral & written
  • Other qualification / skills : Able to problem analysis and solution 
  • Awareness of OHS at the workplace 
  • Good team - work
