PT Mustika Citra Rasa (Holland Bakery) is the biggest and well known Bakery with more than 150 outlets in Indonesia which currently needs a professional to fill the position of:

Branches Operational Coordinator Manager

Qualification:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management, Finance or equivalent from a reputable university with min. GPA of 3.00. Applicants who do not include their GPA will not be processedHas minimum 3 years experience in managerial level 
  • Experience in food manufacturing or bakery industry preferred 
  • Must have knowledge and experience in PPIC, logistics and distribution 
  • Efficiency in computer skills, with proven competency in using Microsoft Office. 
  • Experience in operational audit will be an advantage. 
  • Knowledge and experience in GMP and HACCP, ISO certification and Lean Production would be an advantage. 
  • Willing to travel to other cities occasionally. 
  • This position requires somebody who is assertive, possess good time management, has sound analytical problem solving, forward planning and excellent leadership, teamwork and communication skill.
