Main Purpose of this position are working together with PPIC / Logistic to find suitable supplier which is able to meet the requirement including specification, qualify, delivery, price and the correct product. Liaise with vendors to negotiate price, payment term, supply chain and maintain good relationship. Generating the purchase agreement / contract for specific product / service and following up the result. Analyze and evaluate the market price to ensure that the price given by supplier is best price. Doing purchasing analysis to find suitable purchasing strategy for local BOM purchase

Some Few Example of Tasks to be fulfilled:

• Local BOM purchasing activities
• Purchasing strategy for local BOM
• Outsourcing by providing support for sourcing, negotiating and administering supplier plant purchase agreements as requested from the Purchasing management.
• Pricing, Payment term and contractual agreement. Generate and implement ideas to save cost or improve service.
• Strategic / long term BOM planning
• Monitor exceptions (backorders and overstocks) and resolve as quickly as practical.
• Build strong value-adding relationships with suppliers, plants and other departments.
• Resolve quality problems in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Electric / Electronic
• Min 3 years working experience in same position in Electronic Manufacturing
• Proficiency in English (writing and speaking) is a MUST
• Able to work with minimum supervision and under-pressure
• Good Communication and negotiation skill; analytical skill; Supply chain Management; Judgement & Accountability
• Based in Cikarang, Bekasi
