IT Helpdesk Staff
(Jakarta Raya)


Responsibilities:
  • Beginning and End-of-day routine system check
  • Provide day-to-day technical support to user 
  • Escalate and follow up with related party for problem resolution 
  • Log and report problems every End of day on daily basis

Requirements:
  • Male, single, max 25 years old
  • Minimum Diploma degree in Computer Science, Information System, Information Management. 
  • Have 1 years experience in same field are preferable 
  • Knowledge in Windows Server, Windows XP, Oracl System,e, and Ms. SQL 
  • Knowledge of citrix and thinclient will be an advantage 
  • Basic computer and Network troubleshooting 
  • Open minded and Good Interpersonal
