Qualifications :
- Must have at least Diploma Degree or work experience;
- Excellent English oral & written communication skills;
- Excellent leadership ability;
- Manage a team of cleaning, gardening, drivers, Security staff, etc;
- Organised, honest, able to use initiative & multi task;
- Knowledge in marketing, accounting, and property management an advantage.
