School Principal - MEDCO FOUNDATION
Medco Foundation would like to invite educational practitioners who have high integrity and commitment to personal and school development, to join the team in one of our school at Jagakarsa – South Jakarta, through the following positions:
School Principal (Kepala Sekolah)
School Units:
- Kindergarten (TK)
- Primary School (SD)
- Junior High School (SMP)
- Senior High School (SMA)
Specific Requirements:
- Age between 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Education; preferably Master Degree in Education Management
- Min 3 years experience as School Pricipal
- Male/Female (for Kindergarten : preferably female)
- Start Work : Immediately
General Requirements:
- Demonstrated good managerial skills, including planning, supervising, monitoring and avaluating
- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in managing the process for development and implementation of strategic plans for school improvement (incl. teaching and learning process)
- Demonstrated good analytical, conceptual, negotiation and advocacy skills
- Demonstrated ability to make timely and quality judgments and decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skill
- Excellent written and spoken in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Computer skills, including internet navigation, and various Microsoft office applications
- Performance oriented individual with high commitment in continuous learning for professional development
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multi – cultural environment, established harmonious and effective working relationship both within and outside school and / or organization
