General Manager (Security Services Provider/5 day/Indonesia) Ref: CL
Our client, a leading security services provider with operations in Asia Pacific URGENTLY seeks a General Manager to join their expanding company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • To ensure that the business units under Operation meet the sales and profitability target set by the Director of Operation.
  • He/she shall ensure that the business units have sufficient product and services and also capable sales force to acquire targeted sales for respective units.
  • He/she shall be responsible for budget, resource, operations and emergency planning. His/her ability to achieve targeted operational efficiency and effectiveness would have significant impact on the company’s competitiveness, survival and profitability. Each and every unit under him/her will have to be adequately staff and managed according to the planned and approved budget for each year businesses.
  • He/she shall ensure that Operation remain focus on the company’s vision and mission.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 - 5 years of management experience. Working experience in uniformed organization preferred.
  • Good business acumen; Security and Project management knowledge preferred. Most importantly, leadership skill. Others include interpersonal communication and relationship management skills; dynamic, analytical, strong problem solving, good negotiation skills; resourceful, results-driven, task focused and interdepartmental workings and relationships.
  • Good understanding and familiarity with client and industry requirements, economic and market conditions.

WORKING HOURS/ WORKING LOCATION/ SALARY RANGE:
  • 5 days work
  • Position is based in Indonesia
