TRAINER (TR)

General Requirements:

• Minimum D3 graduate in Hospitality / Tourism
• Male / Female, Age Maximum: 25 Years
• Having minimum 2 years experience as a trainer (the industry's F & B / Restaurant)
• Having experience in making training modules.
• Having experience in making the training based on Training Need Analysis (TNA)
• It has a personality and good communication skills
• Able to work independently and good teamwork
• Oriented to the efficient work processes and best performance.

Qualifications:

• D3 / S1 Hospitality / Tourism / Management, GPA min. 2.8 
• Male / Female, age max 25 years 
• Male min. 160 cm, Female min. 155 cm
• Willing to work shifts and holidays
• Understand the English language, both spoken and written (preferred)
• Experience is not absolute but liked working in Restaurant
• Willing to be located outside of cities in Indonesia (if necessary)
• Able exciting, customer oriented
