We are an establish Multinational company who expert in Water Treatment Product & Services. Due to our rapid growth, we are searching for highly qualified persons to fill the following positions :

Customer Service (CS)

Requirement :
  • Female
  • Age max 27 years old
  • Min diploma degree from any major
  • GPA Min 2.90
  • Excellent in English is must
  • Good communications & phone skills
  • Experience min 2 years
  • Computer literate
  • Good looking

Responsibilities:
  • Handling Customers’ calls, as well as providing problem-solving solutions;
  • Handling Customers’ requests
  • Provide on time reporting if needed by customers
  • Follow up with Rate Pending/Line Country and No SI report
  • Provide booking reporting support on Linehaul vessels
  • Reporting Abandon Calls and CS KPI reports for close performance monitoring
  • Maintaining a constructive relationship with Customers by making a regular telephone contacts.
