Teledirect is part of the WPP group, the world’s largest communications group. We provide outsourced call-centre services to the largest multinationals in the finance, telecommunications and IT sectors. Our range of services include customer service, telesales and technical helpdesk. Our other offices in the region are located in Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand & Malaysia. Our call centre employs around 100 telemarketers and to aid our expansion, we are looking for individuals with initiative and drive to join our team in our Indonesia office.



Responsibilities:

• Manage team to deliver total sales target of the project as agreed with client
• Managing team and coach the Telesales to ensure performance level as well as productivity outputs that meet client’s specific KPI and expectation by Improve the standard of work (Key Performance Indicator) of team, including sales target, attendance, turnover rate
• To carry out continuous training and development of Telesales through supervise and coach the existing and new Telesales to perform with successful result including building discipline, product knowledge, sales skills and morale.
• Communicate sales promotion program to Telesales and lead them to team target
• To summarize sales report and KPI of the team and provide it to Telemarketing Manager on daily basis
• To prepare the commission data to Telemarketing Manager
• To build united teamwork

Requirements:

• Having at least bachelor degree in any discipline
• At least 3 years experience of relevant telemarketing experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience in insurance, &/or banking, &/or telecommunications.
• Sales oriented and experienced in managing sales personnel
• Customer focused and bottom-line performance driven
• Demonstrated leadership, excellent team building and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision-making and negotiation skills
• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia & English
