PT. Sulzer Turbo Services Indonesia, a European company established in Indonesia for over 15 years, as one of the world's most comprehensive independent providers of repair, overhaul and maintenance services for rotating equipment (gas & steam turbines, compressors, generators, motors and pumps), either in a workshop environment or at a Customers site.

To fulfil our present vacancy and to strengthen our Sales & Marketing Team, we are looking for :

LEGAL / CONTRACT HEAD

Scope of duties and responsibilities includes, but is not limited to:

• Reports to the GM Sales & Marketing and has a functional line to the HR / Legal Manager.
• Responsible for providing contract drafting and reviewing in line with Corporate policies, sales & marketing, operational and other commercial contracts / agreements.
• Attend pre-bid meetings with Area Sales Managers for contract negotiations.
• Responsible for negotiating Customer sales contracts terms & conditions.
• Advise on relevant Indonesian laws and regulations, prepare and carry out internal legal training.
• Ad hoc assignments.
• Responsible to assisting HR / Legal Manager in providing legal advice for the company.

Minimum Qualifications / Competencies:

• Hold an S1 University Law Degree from a reputable University.
• Must have at least 5 years experience as a Legal Officer in a similar role.
• Must be IT literate with MS Office proficiency.
• Must have high skill standards in accountability, organization, reporting, communication, detail-orientated, strong at problem-solving, hard worker, highly motivated, loyal and trustworthy.
• Must have strong leadership and good decision-making skills.
• Able to work both independently and within a team.
• Fluent in English (oral & written) and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiar with ISO 9001-2008, ISO 14001-2004 and OHSAS 18001-2007 procedures.
• Willing to work in / relocate to Purwakarta / Cikampek, West Java, Indonesia.
