Job specifications
  • Manage operation and support of end user computing environment, server environment, Active Directory systems, messaging systems, voice/data communication networks and relevant supporting systems.
  • Provide proactive monitoring, preventive action / recommendation, and troubleshooting activities to ensure Active Directory systems, messaging systems, voice/data communication networks and relevant supporting systems are available and operate within defined service level.
  • Carry out monitoring and control to ensure all end user computing request and requirements are delivered in timely manner according to defined service level.
  • Develop, maintain and implements procedure and standard for end user computing environment, server environment, Active Directory systems, messaging systems, voice/data communication networks and relevant supporting systems. And ensure its alignment to corporate IT policies, standards and guidelines.
  • Manage resources and develop team member to be able to perform their task effectively.
  • Provide professional technical consultation for other team member, other department and business users on the relevant set up requirements of end user computing environment, server environment, Active Directory, messaging system, voice/data communication networks and relevant supporting systems.
  • Manage project execution and deliverables based on company’s project management methodology.
  • Maintain accurate documentations of systems inventory, network/cabling diagram, system configuration, disaster recovery plan and operational manual.
  • Provide regular service level report, audit report, security report or other required reports in timely manner.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Diploma in Computer/Electrical engineering.
  • 6-8 years experience in IT infrastructure support with 1-2 years in leadership role.
  • Professional certifications: MCSE, CCNA/CCNP and ITIL are preferable.
  • Good skill and experience in TCP/IP Networking, Cisco routers, Cisco multi layer switches, OSPF routing, network circuit configuration (MPLS, Leased Line), x86 servers, Blade servers, SAN Storage and switch, Windows 2003 Servers, Windows 2003 Active Directory, System Center Configuration Manager, Tivoli Netview and Server monitoring, Lotus Notes Domino, Fax server Avaya PABX, Contact Center Call routing and Voice Recording, structured network cabling (Cat 6 and fiber optic), Project Management, IT Help Desk & Desktop Support management.
  • Proactive active person that able to work independently and provide regular updates.
  • Good team work and team leading experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good personality with high level of integrity.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (in Bahasa Indonesia & English : read, write and verbal).
  • Willing to be on call and/or work during odd hours when required
