Technical Support

Position Title : Technical Support
Location : Jakarta, Indonesia

Position Summary:
  • Provide technical and engineering support to end users.
  • On site troubleshooting
  • After sales support
Principal Accountabilities:
  • On site visits to review application
  • Establish contacts with end users and providing these customers with technical support and services
  • Conduct and follow up bearing trial with customer.
  • Gather comparative technical performance data at customer locations
  • Provide engineering support to dealers and end users.
  • Frequent on site visits to review applications.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering
  • At least 4 years related working experience.
  • Hands-on type of person with sound technical knowledge.
  • Understanding of bearing products, and a specific knowledge about bearing applications
  • Fluency in English
  • Self motivated and independent
