Country Sales Manager, Indonesia – Telecom Sector


Role
This position is based in Jakarta and will report to the Sales Director in our Singapore office. The candidate will get the opportunity to experience a fast moving independent software company within telecom sector on large opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a viable sales plan that focuses on targeted customers.
  • Manage day-to-day issues in a manner that reflects the importance of achieving sales targets and operational efficiencies. 
  • Develop and personally engage in executive level customer relationships/selling.
  • Create and manage quotations and other orders required for sales processing
  • Liaise with internal project delivery team on customer issues
  • Negotiate with key customer contacts when required to ensure timely invoicing and AR collection.
  • Prepare strategic account management plan and regular sales reports

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience related to sales development and management with a history of success selling Communications products or systems development business.
  • 5 years experience selling or working within the telecommunications industry in Indonesia a MUST.
  • BSEE, BSCS and/or engineering-related degree. 
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio and Project.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Experienced working in a fast-pace organization
  • Ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia and English a MUST.

NOTE: must have work permit for Indonesia.
