Field Training Officer - FTO
- Developing and maintaining the Force Field ability Dexa Medica in terms of product knowledge, basic knowledge of medical, and marketing skills Dexa Medica products in order to carry out these tasks properly its responsibilities so as to achieve the target company in accordance with the target.
- Evaluate periodically the effectiveness of the ongoing training programs and improving the quality and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- S1 Educational Programs Science (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Medicine)
- Experience min. Two years as Medical Representatives
- Have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical products
- Having the competence as a Trainer
- Having teaching & presentation skills
- Strong communication & interpersonal skill
- Placement: Medan, Semarang and Surabaya
