We are CBN Indonesia, dedicated in ministry through mass media. We produce news and features for national and international programming.

RECRUITMENT & HR ADMIN (COORDINATOR)


Requirements:
  • Degree in Psychology / Human Resources / Business Studies / Administration / Management, with GPA min 2.75
  • Maximum 28 years old 
  • Minimum 2 year experience managing all HR Routine
  • Clerical/Administrative activities, recruitment, training, C&B, General Affairs,etc 
  • Having knowledge in life-cycle recruitment and training functions 
  • Has experience in psychological tools and assessment system is an advantage 
  • Having knowledge of filling document 
  • Ability for multi-tasking and job prioritization 
  • Detailed, accurate, and on time in work output and has initiative 
  • Friendly using Microsoft Office, Window application and Internet 
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia 
  • Fast learner, hard working, willing to work under pressure, has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, and able to work as team.
