You will be responsible for attracting and retaining qualified candidates, developing effective practices to facilitate hiring process and identifying and placing qualified applicants in the right positions. This will require you to analyse recruitment plans and identify various sources to search qualified candidates. The role will collaborate on projects and support the development of team members. Complying with Bank’s standards, policies and procedures along with Group and Local Statutory reporting will be vital to this role. Key to your success is the ability to show high degree of energy and passion to make things happen.




5 to 7 years experience as Recruitment Specialist for banking / financial institution will be mandatory to apply for this position. It will be an added advantage if you demonstrate experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategy, excellent interview skills, strong negotiation skills and strong knowledge of banking business. You should display maturity, assertiveness and management skills and also planning, problem solving, communication and organisation skills.
